I will never tire of designing these festival styles, desert dreams, and boho vibes! First step is to curate a team that can create the ideas we are dreaming up! I could envision an aisle created with our vintage area rugs leading to the ceremony space, backed by a wicker screen, and styled with old luggage, vintage lighting + florals....but this team knocked it outta the park! Desert vibes meet vintage movie nostalgia and we are here for it. Just look at those layered rugs, stacked luggage and that screen, styled so beautifully with vintage lamps from Kriya of Coven Creative and those dried florals from Rhonda of Creative Edge Flowers . This kind of dream design is possible...you just gotta call on the right folks! This kind of 'flip' between ceremony + reception looked a little different. Moving the 4 foot tall dried palms to create a semi circle behind the couples low table style setting, creating a glow of amber ambient lighting upon the space as the sun set behind them. Layering the aisle rugs, moving in a low table, and adjusting the lamps all resulted in a beautiful desert picnic style we had dreamed. Watch for more details on how we created this desert oasis elopement...and the team we built to make it a reality! All images in this blog post from lead photographer, Rebecca Frank Co.
