There is a few ways to go with 'when to book'. Read on to find out 'when' the right time for you is! Our go to answer is right away. This makes your planning down the road much easier. Even though we have loads of inventory and can accommodate many weddings + events each and every weekend, we do encourage couples to book asap if they have specific needs, colours or styles in mind, as we do book up fast with certain trends in place. Planning a monochromatic soft seated look for your ceremony? Then book asap, to ensure you get all the appropriate colours you require for your design. Pink furniture is a staple for wedding rentals, but it is also a trend that just never stops, so if you want PINK, lets chat soon! The next important time to consider is after you have booked your event space. Whether outdoor at a local park or at a favourite indoor venue, once you have the space in mind, you know what you need to create the design of your dreams. Once your guest list is complete, you will have a better idea of the needs for things like your guest lounge. How many seats will be needed? Will the lounge be better suited for a photo booth area rather then seating for guests at reception dance? This could make your 'lounge area' a simple love seat, rather then 7 piece seating area. Shotgun weddings have taken on a different (better) meaning recently, having couples say 'screw it, lets get hitched' and plan a fun elopement rather than a large wedding. In this case, your 'when' is still asap, but also considered a last minute rental. Creating a fun and eclectic look of ceremony seating, without concern for colours, styles, etc., makes your last minute rental quite doable. You can pin these images to your wedding Pinterest boards for future reference. I hope these tips have helped you decide when is the right time for you to book your rentals.
