Today, on #tiptuesday, we show you a few ways to create layered place settings using vintage china dinnerware!!
1. ~ELEGANT~ We layered this place setting from three different china patterns. We love the gold of the two different patterns, and echoed the blue and orange from our florals in the dessert plate. We topped off our place settings with a mini jar of orange marmalade tied with a lovely white silk name tag, and layered the silk menu under the fruit nappe. This beautiful setting is rounded out with multiple amber glasses, for water, wine and champagne toast. Each place setting at this table were identical.

2. ~SWEET CHIC~ But, we don't always use matching sets in our place settings. Sometimes every single setting is mix and match china!
And mix and match glasswares.
This setting was created for a sweetheart table. The use of vintage china pieces may be a bit daunting for an entire wedding guest list, or even an entire head table, however, creating these lovely place settings for the Bride and Groom at their sweetheart table is a lovely way to keep their first dinner as Husband and Wife an intimate moment for them.

3. ~GORGEOUS GLAM~ You can pick a BOLD colour to enhance the style of your place setting! Here we have a bold ruby red goblet, and ruby & gold trimmed dishes to enhance the red and gold throughout the rest of the wedding decor.

4. ~COUNTRY FRESH~ And, sometimes, you want the rest of the decor to make the statement, and have simple place settings. Here we layered a simple 'Wild Rose' china pattern dessert dish on a large white dinner plate. We kept it simple with amber champagne glasses, and pink water glasses.
