Stipulations + Guidelines of Design + Colour Concept Services
All original designs + colour concepts created are owned by Heather Johnston Creative (HJC). Designs + colour concepts co created are owned by Heather Johnston Creative + co designer. Heather Johnston Creative has right of refusal to release design and/or colour concept without full payment of services. Heather Johnston Creative will refer client to vendors of services in which HJC or Orange Trunk Vintage Rentals does not provide. All vendor referrals are through vetted co-work status unless otherwise stated. HJC + Orange Trunk Vintage Rentals is not an event or wedding planner, and takes no responsibilities for the planning services of your event. We can refer you to the proper vendors for your event type if planning services is what you require. All design + colour concept work is at base list price of $150 unless otherwise stated by HJC, and does not include rental inventory, deliveries or styling services. Base list price of design work includes a digital mood board, colour concept, budget options, vendor referral guide. Beyond base list work, plus $50/hour. |
